Warringah’s biggest calendar event is going to be even bigger in 2012 – the 25th anniversary of Australia Day Big Breakfasts at Dee Why Beach.
The Big Breakfast on Dee Why Beach normally attracts 35,000 people – who enjoy a yummy breakfast, family entertainment, kids rides and a beautiful view – not to mention the thong-throwing competition! The Big Breakfast will be served by volunteers making tens of thousands of bacon and egg rolls with all the proceeds going to worthy community groups.
In 2012, the Big Breakfast will include a Car and Bike show at James Meehan Reserve, with more than 250 classic and vintage cars on display.
Australia Day Big Breakfasts will also be held at Forestville, Narrabeen and Beacon Hill.Share
