Bai Tu Restaurant and Dumpling Bar – A place for ‘Lucky Rabbitoes’
Bai Tu Restaurant and Dumpling Bar at Souths on Chalmers opening night even saw the Chinese ‘Lion’ dissatisfied with just his traditional good luck lettuce as he attempted to share in the excellent Asian cuisine on offer.
Bai Tu (Lucky Rabbit) Restaurant and Dumpling Bar at Souths on Chalmers officially opened with a welcoming crowd of media and well wishers, all eager to sample the food from the brand new eatery.
Ricky Char, Restaurateur at Bai Tu, has a career spanning some 30 years and this experience shone through on opening night. Food from the East is a particular favourite of MiSociety and have to say the Asian cuisine being served this night was quite outstanding from the many varieties of dumplings to a vast array of other steamed and fried delicacies.
Souths on Chalmers has had somewhat of a chequered past but is now well and truly back in business with the Bai Tu Restaurant and Dumpling Bar shaping up to become a regular eating spot for both locals and those further afield.
Bai Tu Restaurant and Dumpling Bar at Souths on Chalmers will be open for lunch and dinner while also offering Yum Cha on Saturdays and Sundays.
