2009 Black & White Ball in it’s 75th year
Sydney’s Black and White Ball is a social event icon and has been going for 73 years.
The famous derby event where a bevy of pretty girls wind up a little wooden horse – the horses then race across the dance floor while a racing announcer calls the event. Always a good fun highlight of the evening.
Susan Diver, President of the Black & White committee, hosted the evening which was sponsored by Orion expedition cruises. Angela Belle Mc Sweeney was MC with the money raised on the night going to Vision Australia.
