FREE Open Mic and Jazz/Latin Jam Session.

All musicians/singers/spectators welcome!  This super creative event is full of creative Jazz, Cuban boleros, Brazilian bossanova, a bit of blues, tango, salsa, French chansons and a little poetry and acapela!
Venue:  Bar Me (el Rocco)
154 Brougham Street , near 230 William St
Kings Cross (2 mins walk from station). 

Licensed, non smoking, new menu.  Bookings before 7pm (provided you also arrive before 7pm) via 02 9368 0894.

Musician/singer info:   Bring 3 copies of charts, and your own instrument. There is a PA system, mikes and grand piano available at the venue.  There is no pre-registration required – just rock up around 8pm and you will get a spot on the list!  Normally new singers get 1 or 2 songs with possibility for another one later in the night if there is space.  The night is supported by musicians Daniel Falero (guitar), Pierre Della-Putta (drums), Rinske Geerlings (vocals, congas), Ed Rapo (bass, trombone), Philip Taig (bass, piano, sax) and guest artists.  Muso enquiries: rinske@ci2i.com.au or 0407 077 094.
