Get your skates on folks the Sydney Winter Festival is on again for 2016. Winter Festival Sydney will once again feature a large outdoor ice rink with live music, falling powder snow and professional ice skating performances. New for 2016 the festival will now feature a traditional European style market full of tasty treats alongside a Bavarian bierkeller bar and Igloo VIP area. The event will also feature real snow rides, with the downhill toboggan Terror, snow Powder Pit and walk on water Tube Dudes inflatable zorb balls on the Cathedral water feature.

Seymour Centre, the performing arts centre of the University of Sydney, announced the launch of its 2015 Reginald Season, showcasing the very best in Australian emerging and independent theatre, at a function where the speakers conveyed so much passion and enthusiasm for the 2015 program MiSociety feels compelled to see every production.  The fifth season of the popular Reginald Season sees an expansion of the relationship the Seymour has built with two of Sydney’s award-winning independent theatre companies, Sport for Jove and Squabbalogic Independent Musical Theatre, each company presenting two works in the season.
