Imogen and the Pirates
Young Imogen Merryweather has never done a single chore in her entire life.  She’s as spoilt as any little girl can be – that is until she suddenly finds herself looking after a bunch of hopeless pirates, captained by Mad Maggie.

Imogen charms the pirates into obeying her orders but almost forgets about her poor parents, who are marooned on a desert island.   She finally attracts the dashing sea captain, Jolly Roger, to come and save the Merryweathers in his ship ‘Lollipop’ – but first he has to fight off sea monsters, ghosts and Mad Maggie’s mother…

Marian Street Theatre for Young People is a not-for-profit organisation that has been creating quality theatre for children for over 40 years with a blend of great storytelling, original music and puppetry, brought to life by the talented young performers from Marian Street Drama School.
