Moet Ice and Coast Roof Top Bar – cool change on the way
Coast Roof Top Bar was launched on another blistering summer afternoon in Sydney and being greeted with a Moet & Chandon Ice Imperial served on ice was well, to say the least, very welcome.
Coast Restaurant at Cockle Bay Wharf, Darling Harbour, Sydney has expanded into their outside terrace area with a ‘pop-up’ bar featuring currently, Moet’s latest offering Moet Ice Imperial – the only champagne designed to be served on ice (served here with a strawberry and mint). For the non champagne drinkers (all six of you) there is of course beer, wine and cocktails on offer.
Coast Roof Top Bar likely has one of the best ‘bar views’ in Sydney and with its various styles of seating and underfoot ‘grass’ it has a comfortable feel all aided and abetted by samples of the delicious bar menu on offer.
Further additions to the roof top bar are in the pipeline including additional shading for those extra hot afternoons.
Coast’s pop-up bar will be running on into March 2013 but with the positioning here as either a drop in or for a before/after dinner drinks venue lets hope its ‘term’ is extended.
