Directed by Cale Bain with hosts Steve Lynch, Susie Youssef and their able timekeeper  Jane Simmons (who has the power give and take away points at will!)
Theatresports® in Australia has helped launch the careers of scores of high-profile actors, comics and comedy writers. Among them are Andrew Denton, Dean Carey, Jay Laga’aia, Angus Sampson, Dan Cordeaux & Nicola Parry from Thank God You’re Here, Impro world champs Rebecca De Unamuno and Andrew O’Keefe, Gabby Millgate, Julia Zemiro and The Axis of Awesome.

This year the theme is SUPERHEROES… and each team boasts a variety of extreme (and hilarious!) superpowers.
The Fighting Trousers can wield a big stick.
The dysleXia-Men can move things (with their hands).
The $10 steaks are a league of ‘Injury-Prone Boy’, ‘Pun Girl’ and ‘The Double Entendre Kid’ (“he’ll make you think twice”).
The Brown Lanterns have the power to make anybody immediately break into the 70s dance ‘The Robot’. Plus many more!

Featuring the best of the best including the winning team from this year’s Theatresports® Schools Challenge Grand Final held recently, The Cranston Cup pits the veterans of making-it-up-as-we-go versus the brilliant energy and fearlessness of our young champions.
