Ducati Australia launches the all new (retro) and much anticipated Scrambler motorcycle to an excited crowd of devotees at a high octane launch party at North Bondi Lifesavers.

Danny Clayton was announced on the night as the official ambassador of Ducati Australia’s new Scrambler motorcycle, the first of which have now arrived on our shores.

Ducati aficionadas, owners and media scrambled all over and around the gleaming new two wheeled stallions examining at length the reborn contemporary interpretation of the iconic Ducati model. Tim Robards added his dashing good looks to the seat of a ‘Scrambler’ while ‘Reality”  stars Ryan Ginns and Nathan Jolliffe added their enthusiasm to the party.  Matt Moran (already a Ducati fan) was spotted by MiSociety genuinely trying one on for size.

Ducati Australia describes the Scrambler as “a perfect mix of tradition and modernity, a stride towards the pure essence of motorcycling: two wheels, wide handlebars, a straightforward engine and endless fun”. Judging by the drooling reactions of those seeing the Scrambler for the first time they are not far from the mark.
