The Recycled Surf Boards into Chalkboards project is an idea by Creative Mums founder & Profilic Artist (& mother of four) Angela van Boxtel. ‘Art & Entertaining does not have to be expensive – ideas are all around us. Let’s get all a bit more creative and life can be so much more fulfilling, fun, colourful & enjoyable.’  The Surf Chalk Board are a collective form of Creative Expression and as such a Public Art Work in itself.
Creative Mums & The Manly Surf Festival hope many children & other creatives will let their imagination chalk out and fill the boards with inspiring drawings.
All creatives are encouraged to take photos of their work and email their drawings to artsfestival@creativemums.com.au The best creative Surf Chalk Art submitted through a photo will become the proud owner of one of the Surf Chalk Boards.
