Nicolas Le Bec gained his first Michelin star in 2003 for Restaurant Les Loges, just two months after it’s opening. He then received his second Michelin star in 2007 for his eponymous restaurant. All this before he was 35!
The most ambitious contemporary gastronomic project in France – Rue le Bec – has been recently launched in what was once a very conservative city, now a gastronomic precinct.
