Francophiles and filmophiles flock to the French Film Festival 2011
Alliance Francaise French Film Festival 2011 had a great start with their opening reception being held in the fabulous grounds and buildings of the National Art School in Sydney.
The reception, attended by the French Ambassador to Australia, His Excellency, Mr Michel Filhol and Jean-Jacques Garnier, the French Cultural Attache, plus many Francophiles and filmophiles.
Potice, the opening night film, was screened at the Palace Verona Cinema following the opening party to a very appreciative audience.
The French Film Festival for 2011 has a rich depth of quality in the program ove the two weeks of the festival and there are many films not to be missed.
