Galliano serves up Ago Perrone, the Best Bartender in the World, for lunch at La Rosa Bar and Pizza Sydney
Galliano, one of the world’s best known liqueurs, hosted a media lunch to showcase how Galliano cocktails can be matched with food.  Now we all know about food and wine matching but food and cocktail marrying was a new innovation for MiSociety.

Ago Perrone, Galliano Global Brand Ambassador, jetted in from London to impart his extensive knowledge on cocktails at a gastronomical lunch at La Rosa Bar and Pizza Restaurant in the Strand Arcade Sydney.  Ago Perrone was crowned ‘The Best Bartender in the World’ and is Head Bartender at The Connaught Bar in London.

Galliano cocktails, Yellow Submarine, Cobbler, Livorno Lust, Cocoa and Sgroppino and Espresso Martini were theatrically conjured up by Ago to be individually matched with the traditional (and delicious) Italian menu specifically prepared by La Rosa for our lunch.

What one very interesting experience!  Matching the Galliano expertly mixed cocktails containing ingredients that complimented and enhanced our dishes, was an amazing insight for MiSociety and one definitely worth experimenting with for everyone.
