Nespresso joins up with Justine Schofield for Master Classes The Good Food & Wine Show in Sydney
Justine Schofield presents ‘Cooking with Coffee’ Master Classes at The Good Food & Wine Show in Sydney three times daily.

The intimate ‘Cooking with Coffee’ Master Class will teach up to 30 foodies how to match Nespresso coffee blends with everyday ingredients that can easily be recreated at home.

Justine Schofield, celebrity cook, comments ” Introducing coffee into your cooking is a great way to do this as there are so many different blends and flavours to work with, that complement such a diverse range of ingredients.”

The Master Classes will be an opportunity for guests to watch a live cooking demonstration from Justine and experience firsthand how to match food with Nespresso coffee.  There will also be the opportunity for guests to sample her culinary delights and appreciate how the different notes, body and texture found in two Nespresso blends match suitably with one savoury and one sweet dish.

Each session will invite guests to appreciate all the different notes found in Nespresso’s range of Grand Cru coffees. We understand that there are as many sophisticated coffee drinkers out there as those who appreciate food, and we’re excited about the prospect of marrying these two daily rituals – food and coffee in a new way at the Good Food & Wine Show this year.”

Separate interactive classes will also run throughout the day at the Nespresso stand on how to learn the importance of in-home coffee preparation hosted by two Nespresso Coffee Specialists.
