- 1-30 June 2011
The ‘Pure Wine Indulgence Series’ has been created to attract the ‘at home wine connoisseurs’ who want to immerse themselves in the winemaking culture of the Hunter Valley.
‘Pure Wine Indulgence series’ gives you the opportunity to learn more about your favourite wine variety, the different characteristics a vineyard can produce, and learn about the essential steps in the winemaking process. This series of events will be hosted by Hunter Valley winemakers and wine educators in small groups, allowing an in depth understanding of the various attributes of Hunter Valley’s premium wine.
Pure Wine Indulgence Series, Treat yourself to a unique opportunity to taste some the Hunter Valley’s Trophy and Gold medal winning wines as you drive around this beautiful region. Many of these wines are not always on offer for regular Cellar Door tasting, so take advantage of this special experience to taste the best of the best.

Allandale Winery – 10 Years of Allandale Semillon
Allandale is offering our guests the opportunity to join the Allandale Winemaking staff in an intimate tasting evening.
The vertical tasting will be 10 years of Allandale Semillon, allowing guests to taste wines some of which we have less than a dozen left and will never be released again.
Hosted amongst the vats in the winery, you can see where it all begins to the finished product. You will be the first to taste our 2011 Winemakers’ Reserve ‘Creek Flat’ Semillon, before it has even been bottled.
