International Fleet Review 2013 Schedule of Events.  The International Fleet Review will draw around 40 warships, 16 tall ships, more than 60 aircraft, 10 military bands and 8000 sailors from around the world.

• Royal Australian Navy concerts. Locations: Balmoral, BondiBeach, Bondi Junction, Chatswood, Hornsby, Manly Corso,

North Sydney, Parramatta, Pitt St Mall, The Rocks

3 October 2013

11am Tall ships enter SydneyHarbour

• 11.30am – 2pm Royal Australian Navy and visiting military band concerts. Locations: Martin Place, Pitt St Mall, Maritime Museum, Darling Harbour

4 October 2013

6am – 4pm Warships enter SydneyHarbour

9.45am – 10.15am Navy Helicopter display team & RAAF Roulettes.

Location: Bradley’s Head

10am Ceremonial Fleet Entry and 21 Gun Salute.

HMA Ships Sydney, Darwin, Perth, Parramatta, Bundaberg, Diamantina and Huon. Location: Sydney Harbour

• 10am – 3pm Royal Australian Navy and visiting military band concerts.

Locations: Opera House Forecourt, Martin Place,Darling Harbour, Maritime Museum

11am – 4pm Australian Surf Rowers Fundraising Reception.

Location: Sydney Opera House

5 October 2013

8am – Sunset Dress ship. Location: Sydney Harbour

10am 100 Gun Salute. Location: Garden Island

10am – 7pm Royal Australian Navy and International military band performances. Location: Sydney Opera House Forecourt, Bradfield Park and The Rocks

10.45am Navy Helicopter display team performance.

Location: Farm Cove

11am – 2.30pm Ceremonial Fleet Review by the Governor-General of Australia. Location: Sydney Harbour

11.20am Formation flypast by rotary and fixed winged aircraft.

Location: Sydney Harbour.

• 12.00pm – 12.30pm Navy Helicopter display team performance.

Location: Shark Island

2.15pm – 5.30pm Salute to Navy Air Display: Historic and military aircraft demonstrations. Location: Sydney Harbour

7.40pm – 8.10pm Fireworks and Lightshow Spectacular.

Location: Sydney Harbour

6 October 2013

9.30am – 5pm Tall Ships Open Day.

Location: Australian National Maritime Museum

• 11am – 6pm Royal Australian Navy and visiting military band concerts. Location: Manly Corso

• 11.30am – 2.00pm Her Majesty’s Royal Marines Band.

Location: The Rocks

1pm – 6pm Warships Open Day.

Location: Garden Island and Barangaroo

2pm – 3.30pm Ecumenical and Interfaith Service.

Location: St Mary’s Cathedral

9.00am – 6.30pm Sea Power Conference 2013 and Pacific 2013 International Maritime Exposition.

• 11.30am – 2pm Her Majesty’s Royal Marines Band concert.

12.30pm – 2pm Navy Memorial Service.

Location: Cenotaph, Martin Place

12.30pm – 2pm HMAS Penguin Freedom of Entry to Mosman including flypast by Naval helicopters. Location: Mosman CBD

1pm – 2.30pm HMAS Parramatta Freedom of Entry to Parramatta including flypast by Naval helicopters.

• 7.30pm – 9pm Her Majesty’s Royal Marines Beating the Retreat.

12.30pm – 2.30pm Combined Navies Parade including flypast by Naval helicopters at SydneyTown Hall.
