Andrew Kemeney gathers 700 of his nearest and dearest for a birthday bash
Andrew Kemeney certainly knows a lot of people as 700 guests turned up at the Kemeney’s 50th birthday bash at the Carriage Works, Redfern.
Sir James and Lady Hardy, Brian and Fay McGiugan (all of Australian wine fame) along with beer man Chuck Hahn were amongst the throng.
Peter Gilmore, Sean Connolly and Greg Doyle, all heavy weights of Sydney’s restaurant scene, organised the food. Vince Sorrenti was in fine form as he relayed his story of the history of booze in Australia.
