Spring Fair in Rose Bay Kincoppal School. Bands competition, wine auction , vintage cars, markets, country fun

Kincoppal- Rose Bay is launching an ambitious new event for the Sydney calendar which will offer all the fun and excitement of a traditional Spring Fair designed for Sydneysiders in the city.
The KRB SPRING FAIR is scheduled for Sunday October 16 2011 and will have a huge array of leading TV, music and film talent contributing and enjoying all the aspects of a fair including:
BATTLE OF THE BANDS COMPETITION – potential future music impresarios from across the spectrum of music genres will perform, with a high profile current Top Ten artist on hand to select the most impressive act. The facebook page will be available to submit entries on August 30 2011.
VINTAGE CAR SHOW – Over 25 vintage cars worth over $1 million have been committed by local Sydneysiders to showcase at the KRB Spring Fair. On show will be a 1942 Aston Martin, one of only 10 in Australia, alongside a Bugatti. More spaces are available and welcome so please enquire on the facebook page.
WINE AUCTION – On the afternoon of the SPRING FAIR, a professional auctioneer will auction off an incredible array of quality international wines (eg. including a bottle of the sought after Penfolds Grange Hermitage 1956). Got to the facebook page for a flavour of what will be on offer.
MARKET STALLS – Over 30 stalls are being prepared to offer a wide range of delicacies, unique product and hand made items including jams, clothes and homewares.
THE FUN PARK – The famous Bungi Trampoline, Water Walkers, Ferris Wheel and the all new Cliffhanger Drop Slide will be on available amongst other rides that will thrill and excite the most hardened of stomachs. Fair amusement favourites such as the chocolate wheel and laughing clowns will also make an appearance.
COUNTRY GAMES – No country fair would be complete without Ye Olde Skittles, Gumboot Throwing competitions, Sack Races and the infamous Egg and Spoon amongst many more – Don’t miss one of the most famous chefs in Australia truly whisk his eggs into a frenzy.
