No bones about it Lady Lux had a great 6th birthday party
Lady Lux, the trendy little bar in Roslyn Street Kings Cross, threw a bash to celebrate the bar’s six years in operation.  The theme was definately ‘Cave Man / Woman’ with bones, skeletons and even an elephants head decorating the room.

Guests had a load of fun with the pre-historic theme with most really getting into it and draping  themselves in everything they could think of representing the era.  Boney ‘fascinators’ adorned many of the girls tresses with animal prints a firm favourite.  Food must have been scant as many guests were seen chomping on bare bones.

David Freeman, who co-owns Lady Lux with his brother and John Ibrahim, hosted the party for the tribe of modern day Fred and Wilma Flinstones.  Feeling somewhat overdressed in my suit (after a previous function) I took my bones home early.

Aside;  MiSociety was wondering why we had had a surge of searches to the site looking for our photos of Fred and Wilma Flinstone from the Lovedale Long Lunch two years ago!
