Founder and Director of the Center for Inclusive Design and Environmental Analysis at State University in New York, Professor Edward Steinfeld, will discuss opportunities and challenges for creating more enabling environments for persons with a disability. Enabling environments must address affordability, availability of technology and knowledge, linguistic variations and the needs of traditionally underserved groups.
