Lyndey Milan Launches her New Cook Book Amongst Sydney Top Chefs
Lyndey Milan, well known food industry identity has put pen to paper to produce a book of recipes. The book contains some great food shots and lots of information on how to conjure up a culinary masterpiece. I’m afraid I am incapable of boiling an egg but Lyndey kindly presented me with a book which I will give to a member of my family as a Christmas present (hope they don’t read this).
The launch was held in a very smart apartment on the 18th floor of the icon building in Maclean Street Kings Cross.
Australia’s most famous cooking identity, 85 year old Margaret Fulton launched the book. Lots of Sydney’s food industry big name chefs were there including Tetsua, Tony Bilson & Michael Moore.
