‘Tahs’ very much for a very ’gentlemanly’ pack
M.J. Bale Menswear and the company founder, Matt Jensen threw open the doors of their new store in Westfield Sydney City for a packed party to launch the M.J. Bale Waratahs campaign that saw every man and his Masterchef in attendance.
M.J. Bale are mens’ outfitters who pride themselves on their ability to make a gentlemen out of a ‘not so gentle man’ (clever) and considering the star team of Waratah players that rolled up for this do they have hit their mark.
Waratahs, all impeccably kitted out in stylish ‘M.J. Bale’, included Phil Waugh, Sosene Anesi, Drew Mitchell and Berrick Barnes. Berrick was there with his fiancee Rebekah Spratt, who was sporting a stunning engagement ring and told us how excited they both are about their upcoming wedding day in December.
Masterchef judges, Gary Mehigan and a boldly ’be-checked’ Matt Preston, joined the ‘Union’ scrum as surprise guests whilst another masterchef, Justin North of Becasse, delivered us tray upon tray of delectable treats.
Deakin and Francis cuff links, in the shape of Rugby balls and valued at $680 (provided by Fairfax and Roberts Jewellers) were scored by one very lucky guest from the competitive draw game. For the rest who missed out Fairfax and Roberts Jewellers also very generously gifted everyone with a voucher towards their own set of Deakin and Francis cufflinks.
Sir MiSociety is particularly partial to M.J. Bale ties so was delighted that the goodie bags also contained one of their latest designs.
Well played M.J. Bale for kicking a party goal.
