MTV’s Summer Party 2009 featuring Wolfmother
MTV heated up Sydney’s Hyde Park Barracks with a very cool party featuring Andrew Stockdale and the new line-up of Wolfmother. Exploding onto the stage the new Wolfmother wasted no time in warming up the crowd to fever pitch.
The stars of MTV Ruby Rose and Darren McMullen were supported by MTV newbie Erin McNaught on her first night out since her entanglement with a motor cycle almost claimed her finger. Short Stack, who are fast endearing themselves with Sydney’s photographers, alighted on the forecourt from a black hire car while other guests arrived any way they could including in a vintage Pontiac.
The plastic ‘blow-up’ guitars and microphones were a huge hit and kept lots of partyers happy for hours with the photo booth there to record some very funny images. Good fun stuff with a great crowd and perfect choice of venue.
