I attended the Melbourne launch of 'your store Myer' book last Tuesday at Federation Square. What a fabulous night!

This book is outstanding and such a great asset to the history of Melbourne as it is to its Melbourne icon, Myer. The pictures and accompanying text from Stella Barber portrays the worth of preserving the history of our local businesses by publishing their 'corporate memories'.

This book transcends you to the early days of Myer, its founders, the wonderful early pictures of Melbourne, the exciting fashion from yesteryear.....just too good to put down. What a great way to show my daughters the store that I have grown up with. What would we ever do without Myer?
