Olafur Eliasson is among the most influential and widely acclaimed artists of his generation and his exhibition at Sydney’s Museum of Contemporary Art is the largest project they have staged to date.
The Opening Night of Olafur’s ‘Take Your Time’ exhibition saw an eclectic crowd gather to hear a stirring speech by Peter Garrett, AM, MP. Labor Member for Kingsford Smith, Minister for Environment, Heritage and the Arts. Peter Garrett passionately expoused the benefits to the community at large and the important role that a vibrant art and cultural scene plays in the country.
The Olafur Eliasson ‘Take Your Time’ visual and interactive exhibition is a significant event for both the Museum of Contemporary Art and for Sydney. This is a not to be missed experience for not just art lovers, but the whole community. Further information on ‘Take Your Time’
