Sydney Park Hyatt serves up a ‘Moment of Style’
Park Hyatt Sydney re-immerged as Sydney’s premier accommodation palace with a lavish ‘Black Tie’ party to herald the completion of their AUD$60 million renovation. The stylish affair saw selected Sydney celebrities, guests and media treated to a gastronomical extravaganza with the Hyatt’s top chefs from around the world flown in to showcase their premium dishes. The ‘real’ (as opposed to ‘reality’) chefs were the shining stars on the night.
Park Hyatt’s various spaces on the ground floor were each designated a ‘style’ of food where guests wandered in and out making their own decisions on which delicacy to try next. Such decision making was tough – not.
Krug champagne and magnificent wines from around the world were in plentiful supply along with an open bar of their large range of specialist spirits with all ‘offerings’ being delivered by the Hyatt’s impressively knowledgeable staff.
Sydney’s Park Hyatt Hotel is now the absolute pinnacle in luxury and design with its $16,000 a night (minimum of a two night stay if you are considering) top floor suite (which is really two suites in one). Sorry but two night wouldn’t be enough for MiSociety – it would take that long to just to take in the view from up there.
MiSociety, plus many other attendees we have spoken with, are actually wondering if the ‘reporters’ from a certain tabloid, who referred to the event as ‘cheap’, were even at the same party.
‘A Moment in Time’ was the theme on the invitation for the event and we think it will be some very long moments before a party of this stylish class will be repeated in Sydney.
