The Topo Foundation for Education (TF4E) is hosting a high-profile public forum on mental health education. Speakers include: TF4E founder and former rugby union star, Enrique “Topo” Rodriguez, who was diagnosed with bipolar disorder in 2007; former NSW Opposition Leader, John Brogden; and Monash University academic Associate Professor Neil Cole who wrote “TOPO, a Play”. The forum will be chaired by Professor Peter Lovibond, Senior Associate Dean of the Faculty of Science at UNSW.
