Chef John McLeay Red Spice Road Cookbook set to spice up our culinary lives
The Launch of The Red Spice Road Cookbook was a delicious celebration of “food” and positive people. With a crowd of over 100 people, Chef John McLeay served up amazing food including betel leaves with crab, watermelon with sticky pork and prawn relish, beef cheeks and five spice quail. Many guests stayed on after the launch for dinner. It’s exciting to think that we can now buy the cook book and re-create some of John McLeay’s amazing dishes at home.
