R U OK? Foundation is hosting its 5th national day of action and aims to inspire more Australians to connect with anyone who might be struggling with life.

Support RUOK? Day and encourage the community to think more about their health and wellbeing and ask family, friends and colleagues RUOK?
The beauty students from the Australian National College of Beauty are getting involved in the health and wellbeing of the public and asking RUOK? Students from the Wellbeing Clinic at Pyrmont Campus will offer free treatments and skin analysis to the public, generating further discussion of one’s health, including their skin.
The ‘Stress Less Tree’ on display will highlight some of the pressures we face day to day on leaves hanging from its branches. Public members can take a leaf from the tree which also provide some solutions that may be able to help reduce stress and suggest help. This symbolic tree aims to help rid the local community of any worries on the day and open up meaningful conversations around mental health.
Free Outdoor ‘Pop-Up Wellbeing Clinic’ - with grass flooring, seated massage chairs, nail health analysis, skin health tips and the Stress Less tree. The public will be participating in free and ‘on-the-spot’ treatments and taking away free treatment vouchers
Colourful Flower Cart – On RUOK Day students at the clinic will be handing out flowers to the public- to brighten their day and show them some-one cares for their health and wellbeing.
Students in RUOK? t-shirts and clinic attire are collecting donations for the RUOK? day foundation and performing on-the-spot treatments
