Myer ‘Marks Up’ with Sass & Bide Collection 2011
Sass & Bide duo, Heidi Middleton and Sarah Jane Clarke, launched their ‘Boogie and the History Maker’ collection at Myer Sydney City store with the pieces inspired by their trip to Rousson in Provence France. The rich textures and colour in the Sass & Bide Myer Collection encompass all the colour and texture of the region.
Jennifer Hawkins, stunning in Sass & Bide as the Myer Ambassador, was delighted to be amongst the guests that included fashion elite designers Jason Brunsdon, Leona Edmiston, Nicola Finetti and Wayne Cooper. Fashion stylist Pip Edwards and girl about town Laura Dundovic, Fleur Wood and Jackie Frank were amongst the many others from Australia’ fashion elite who were all keen to sift through the racks of Sass & Bide’s latest ‘must haves’ and to sip their flutes of Veuve Clicquot. MiSociety particularly liked the black and white ‘two piecer’ and the fabulous ‘colour of summer’ blazing orange hues (see photos).
Myer is going on the front foot promoting brand named collections, such as this latest offering from Sass & Bide, to inspire immediate purchase rather than follow the current retail trend of highlighting ‘mark downs’ and ‘sales’.
Sass & Bide brand fashion will now be available in Myer stores across Australia.
