Kirk Pengilly, International musician and INXS guitarist, hit the stage last night at the 11th annual Kodak Inside Film Awards to present Director Dan Reisinger, of pop rock Australian band Short Stackwith the Chaotic Pictures, IF Award for Best Music Video for their single Sway Baby Sway.  

Reisinger overcame serious competition from industry heavy weights Robin Geradts-Gill for The Little Stevies’s Sun Shower and Josh Groom for Birds of Tokyo’s Wild Eyed Boy who were also nominated for the award.

Celebrating its 11th year the Inside Film Awards celebrate Australian film and champion Australian music clips in the Music Video Category. These aren’t awards based on industry perception alone – they are truly reflective of what the general public thinks about Australian music films and performances.

With past Inside Film Awards going to some of the most influential names in the Australian music industry such as Just a Boy by Angus & Julia Stone and God Told Me To by Paul Kelly, the award continues to reflect the finest of the Australian music industry.
