Swiss fondue plus an array of authentic Swiss delicacies inspired by Switzerland’s most exclusive Romansch Region from the 31 July – 15 August, 2010.

Executive Chef Justin Zammit has artfully shaped an authentic menu inspired by this region, using the freshest and finest of imported and Australian produce. Sample venison stew; wood fired chestnuts & braised cabbage, roasted pork knuckle, sauerkraut & potato dumplings along with other classic Swiss dishes.  Swiss cheese fondue will of course be part of this food journey, together with our indulgent Lindt Chocolate Fountain for dessert.
