‘Tonneau to Table’ A Degustation Dining with a Difference
The Hunter Valley’s celebrated Two-Hat ROCK Restaurant presents ‘Tonneau to Table’ – an 8-course degustation dinner creatively devised by chef Andrew Clarke to showcase local seasonal produce and specially selected wines from the Poole’s Rock Wines Private Cellar. Before dinner winemaker Usher Tinkler will conduct a cellar tour, wine blending session and tasting of new release wines from the Poole ’s Rock portfolio. Taste straight from French oak barrels and discover the winemaker’s secrets, then stroll through the vineyard to dine at the award-winning ROCK Restaurant, your menu personally introduced by the chef; the accompanying wines by their maker. * Tonneau: a large oak barrel
