Come and relax to the delightful sounds of astounding jazz music on a Sunday afternoon at historic Experiment Farm.
Sydney’s favourite jazz event is back, this time featuring two of Australia’s most loved jazz bands – Galapagos Duck and Scrim.

TIME: Gates open 11.30am, for 12noon start. Finish at 4pm

Joining them on the stage to help entertain you with their sensational sounds will be two of Sydney’s best two school bands featuring some of Australia’s best up and coming jazz musicians.
The beautiful surrounds of heritage-listed Experiment Farm at Harris Park is the delightful venue for this event, one not to be missed on any social calendar.
BBQ, drinks and coffee will be available for sale on the day.
PERFORMERS: Galapagos Duck appears in the pages of many jazz history books, having received awards both locally and abroad. This influential band has scores of original music and an endless list of both live performances and recordings. Their unique approach has ensured their wide popular appeal and household name status.
Scrim is the Australian Army Band (Sydney) and one of the oldest professional music organisations in Australia. This band was there for major landmark occasions, including the opening of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Sydney Opera House. They have also appeared at some of this country’s most high-profile jazz festivals.
Epping Boys High School and Northmead High School bands will also take to the stage alongside these big names to help you enjoy your afternoon of jazz.Share
