Sun-Herald Surf Swim will return for the second year to picturesque Dee Why Beach.

Sun-Herald Surf Swim 2011 saw the exciting 1.5km ocean swim attract a competitive field of more than 800 participants, with entrants enjoying perfect conditions, warm water, sun and sand.
Entries are now open for the 2012 event, and swimming enthusiasts from around the country are invited to participate in what will be a fantastic event to help raise much needed funds for more than 600 Australian charities, including the Dee Why SLSC.
After the successes of the 201 inaugural Surf Swim, this year’s race is expected to attract more than 1,000 participants.
There are two distances, the 750m and 1.5km races with both races starting and finishing at the stunning Dee Why Beach. The 2nd annual Sun-Herald Surf Swim gives all Sydneysiders the chance to take part.Share
