Swissôtel Sydney and Swiss International Airlines are giving diners the opportunity to win a trip to Switzerland which features this magnificent region.
Executive Chef Justin Zammit has artfully shaped an authentic menu inspired by this region, using the freshest and finest of imported and Australian produce. Festival guests can sample venison stew; wood fired chestnuts & braised cabbage, roasted pork knuckle, sauerkraut & potato dumplings along with other classic Swiss dishes. Swiss cheese fondue will of course be part of this food journey, together with our indulgent Lindt Chocolate Fountain for dessert.
