Retrace Charles Darwin’s historic journey in 1836 from Sydney to Bathurst, on 3 and 4 July. Join Library curator Paul Brunton and Darwin descendant Chris Darwin (pictured) on a guided tour of the Darwin Walking Trail at Wentworth Falls. Enjoy a celebration dinner, visit Old Government Cottage in Bathurst (the only remaining structure from his time there) and view native animals recorded in On the origin of species. Read more
