The Variety Club foodies fundraiser fires up.
The Variety Club’s ‘Variety of Chefs’ fundraiser at Doltone House MC’d by celebrity chef, Ben Christie was a massive success with the raising of $310,000 – in these difficult times this is an amazing result.
Top price at the auction was $35.000 for 5 nights stay for 4 people at Ratna Resort, Vanuatu. Next came $10,000 paid for a ‘Chef’s Dinner’ by Ben O’Donoghue and Jared Ingersoll of the Dank Street Depot. A swimsuit worn by Libby Trickett fetched $5,000.
