Variety’s Battle of the Sexes gala dinner to prove which sex is more generous

Who will win the battle of the sexes?
In a twist on traditional gala dinner fund raising events, Variety the children’s charity will host a unique Battle of the Sexes themed evening. 

Variety believes this event is the first of its kind. Men and women enjoying their very own exclusive events in adjoining rooms, setting the stage for some very novel entertainment and male versus female challenges, where Aussie kids in need are set to become the ultimate winners! 

Th Ballroom of the Le Montage in Leichardt will be split into two rooms for each sex, where up to 300 guests will enjoy an evening of fine food and entertainment and with “his” and “her” themed activities, to provoke a battle of the sexes in the fundraising stakes. 

TV and radio personalities Mike Goldman will MC the female room, while Lizzy Lovette will entertain the men, while live crosses to their “other halves” throughout the evening, will enable guests to keep a watchful eye on each other.  

Some of the cheeky, fundraising activities will include ‘Who Dares Donates’ for the males and ‘Penny for a Pamper’ for the females.  Comedian, Brian Doyle will also entertain in the men’s room Guests will dance, drink and eat the night away before the rooms are joined later in the evening when it will be revealed which gender will take the accolade for being the most generous.

Tickets for Variety’s His and Hers Dine for Kids are $160 each or $1500 for a table of 10 and includes pre-dinner canapés, premium drinks as well as a lavish two course meal and entertainment. It’s the ultimate evening for couples, colleagues and friends to enjoy a night out, all while benefiting a great cause.
