August 5-29 THEATRE/Comedy – Undercover Lawyer at the Tap Gallery Theatre, Darlinghurst specially renovated (to twice the seating capacity). Hilarious farce -with spooks!

August 14 – Oct 9  THEATRE – Dinner with a View at Eastside Arts Cafe presents Princess Ivona, a black comedy for grown-ups by Witold Gombrowicz. Every Saturday night in the relaxed Paddington venue with food and drink while you enjoy the play.

August 15 MUSIC FESTIVAL – ‘Shir Madness’ the first Sydney Jewish Music Festival. At Bondi Pavilion by the beach. 40 bands on 4 stages over 11 hours.  Plus art exhibition, food, craft, kids activities.

August 20-29 MUSICAL THEATRE/Comedy  I Love you Because   at Sutherland Arts Centre. The brilliant relationships musical from the company that recently brought the hit “Big River” to Sydney. Sort of Friends meets Sex in the City.

Sept 18-2 Oct  THEATRE – Dancing at Lughnasa at the Zenith Theatre, Chatswood. The latest in the subscription season for Epicentre Theatre. Superior local company (To Kill A Mockingbird, Galileo, Laramie Project, Of Mice and Men, A Midsummer Night’s Dream – all recent critical and popular successes). This one also on the HSC syllabus.
