New Year’s Eve Family Fireworks 2010 Manly.   Open-air celebrations, music and more

Celebrations include a spectacular fireworks show at 9.00pm presented by Council in association with Manly Wharf Hotel, Bavarian Bier Café, Manly Phoenix Restaurant, Garfish Restaurant, Hugo’s Restaurant, The Pavilion Restaurant, Manly Skiff Club and 4 Pines Restaurant in Manly Cove

East and West Esplanade Reserves adjacent to Manly Ferry Wharf  (both Alcohol Free Reserves and Smoke Free zones).

Entertainment highlights will include:
Jazz fusion/Afro-beat sextet ‘Hot Potato Project’, bringing an exciting New Orleans sound to the streets of Manly with traditional and modern beats, and ArtRageous face painting , located at the Manly Visitor Information Centre on Manly Wharf forecourt.

New Year’s Eve evening celebrations planned for your enjoyment with families, neighbours and friends gathering at our beautiful harbour side venue.   Bring a picnic basket and join in the fun! 

You are encouraged to park in one of the four Council parking stations located in Whistler, Pacific Waves, Peninsula and Manly National buildings.  For easy parking station access, it is recommended you pay by credit card at the exit gates, or you may choose to pay at one of the pay stations. 

Note: The North and South Steyne beachfront is not a venue for any Council entertainment or activities on New Year’s Eve.
